Wishing you all a very safe and Happy 4th of July!
Here are 10 Recruiting tips for you:
1) Be willing to invest in yourself to learn the skills needed. They are learn able, teachable and duplicatable.
2) Remember not to talk too much. Let your tools do the talking for you. Always point people to a tool.
3) Learn as many stories from others in your company as possible.
Their stories give you ways to build rapport, respond to objections
& inspire.
4) Spend much more time asking questions to your prospect than you do talking TO them. You have to understand their needs before you can provide a solution. Ask leading questions.
5) When people say “no” they are not saying no to you. Do not be addicted or emotionally attached to the outcome. Look as a “no” as a step closer to your next yes.
6) When pointing a prospect to a tool, be certain to schedule the follow up before sharing the link/overview site/Phone Number/etc. Let one interaction lead to the next scheduled interaction.
7) Make it a top priority to introduce people to your business every single day.
8) If you are afraid to meet people or call people, the best way to overcome that fear is by doing it. Be prepared for what to say, but the best way to overcome fear is by doing what you are most afraid of doing. No one has ever died from making a prospecting call.
9) After a person has listened to your presentation ask them “What did you like about...” versus “What did you think?” This gives you valuable information into what appeals to them.
10) Have a strong and powerful posture in the way you come across. Have a deep belief in your company and the profession. If you come across wimpy you get no respect and will not attract winners into your success team. A confident disposition attracts leaders and go-getter's.
